Una collects limited, pseudonymous information to provide app functionality and understand how the app is used. When analytics is enabled, Firebase Analytics may collect:
When you voluntarily submit feedback, Una sends your optional rating or NPS response, a free-text comment (up to 1,000 characters), and basic app/device metadata such as install ID, app version, build number, iOS version, locale, and submission time to Firebase Firestore.
We use this information to provide app functionality, understand usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve Una. We do not use it for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.
Una does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, HealthKit data, or health details. We do not send raw AI prompts, generated routine titles or content, or other personal meditation details to our analytics systems.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Firestore are operated by Google and process data on our behalf. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to data brokers or advertisers. The data described above is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.

Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months by default. You can request deletion of data associated with your installation by contacting us.
Una is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Una does not access or store health data from your device. The app does not use HealthKit.
